Suites allow entrepreneurs to have a secure, private business, run how you see fit. They range in single, double, or even triple occupancy - all varying in price due to factors like size, equipment, and location within in th building.

  • Salon suites can be a good option for people who want to be their own boss and have an entrepreneurial spirit. Professionals with a few years of experience and an established client base may be the most successful.

    • Complete the online inquiry form.

    • Schedule a tour.

    • Complete online Pre Lease application.

    • Pick a suite.

    • Provide required documents and pay deposit.

    • Sign your lease.

  • Rent is due every Monday.

    • The Georgia Cosmetology State Board requires all cosmetologist, Barbers, Estheticians & Nail Techs to have a professional license. Braiders and locticians do not need to be licensed, but must have a business license. CLICK HERE

    • Please note: Business license and or LLC is not required to rent a suite with us.

    • General & Professional Liability Insurance is required for all tenants.

  • Of course! Our salon suites are a way for you to exercise your creative powers and decorate as per will to turn your salon into a reflection of you and your brand.

    All changes will require prior approval.

    Room alterations are for 6 and 12 month leases only

  • We offer 3 suites with water access.

  • We currently offer 6 and 12 month leases along with daily rentals.
